My birth name was Bahia, but working as a Mental Health Professional since 2015 was a rebirth for me … so … I became Coach Bee – from Lebanon.
Although I was already a Trainer, joining TJC was a game changer for me. In one year, I finished all classes and became a Trainer in NLP, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy. Now I am a the Master Trainers with a mission to train top notch Trainers and Therapists so that our ripple effect can change the world .. one day at a time, one person at a time.
Since my main motivator was and will always be to shift the perception on mental health, becoming a Master Trainer who shapes bullet proof Trainers, was the natural progression of my path … and Tad James Company and The American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ABNLP) were the home for this.
Since NLP is all about modelling excellence and actionable intelligence, being surrounded by fellow Trainers from all over the world helps me exchange knowledge and experiences on an international level. The ripple effect of everything I learned and modelled is much bigger, especially that I make it part of my mission to convey it to all Trainers and Therapists at the Academy.
One of the fellow Master Trainers once said: ‘if you want to go fast, go alone and have a “What”. If you want to go far, have a “Why” and go with a team’.
